Where a fire risk assessment and fire risk management plan is required to obtain a planning permit,
or meet a condition applying to an as-of-right land use, we undertake this work on a site specific basis,
negotiating with the planning body and fire authority with the aim of satisfying their requirements,
while seeking to minimise the cost and environmental impacts to the extent necessary to achieve
the appropriate level of fire protection.
